Shipping & Returns

At VoraHub.lk we aim to deliver products across Sri Lanka through our courier partners. Delivery depends on order confirmation, availability, and coverage.

Order processing and delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days in Colombo and suburbs and 3–5 business days elsewhere. These estimates are not guarantees; public holidays, weather and courier conditions may cause delays.

Applicable delivery charges are displayed or confirmed before your order is finalized. We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

Returns and exchanges

You may contact support to request a return within 7 days of receiving an eligible item. Please provide your order reference and describe the issue. Generally, items should be unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Restrictions for hygiene or safety products may apply, without limiting statutory consumer rights.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, and provide photographs if available. We will assess the issue and propose an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law. The preferred notification window does not remove any legal rights.

Refunds

Once a return is assessed and approved, we aim to process a refund within 5–7 business days. Actual timing depends on the refund method and banking provider. Delivery fee refunds depend on the return reason and applicable legal requirements.
