Products and prices

We aim to display accurate product details, availability, images and prices. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel it before fulfillment.

Orders and payments

Orders are subject to confirmation and product availability. Our current payment option is Cash on Delivery (COD), where available. Online card payments are not currently offered.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Delivery estimates may be affected by location, public holidays, weather and courier service. Please contact support promptly if you need to cancel. See our Shipping & Returns policy for return and refund information.

Acceptable use

Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website operations or attempt unauthorized access. These terms are governed by applicable Sri Lankan law and do not remove statutory consumer rights.
